SYMPTOM(s):
Wsbroker does not start
Wsbroker log file indicates java threads can not connect to host
CAUSE:
The parameter file was missing in the agents' start up parameters.
FIX:
Specify the -pf parameter in the Wsbroker's agents' startup section
