Incomplete XML file created by SmartB2B object
The SmartB2B objcet creates an empty XML file with just the header information, which causes the SmartReceiver to failover.
CAUSE:
Bug# 20020729-009
FIX:
This issue has been fixed in 9.1D SP02.
