Char Results qd file matches login userid case sensitive
When Char Results looks for the Query Directory file (.qd) it looks
for an exact match with the userid that the user signed onto the
system.
For example, user logs in as -- login: jones
Results looks for -- jones.qd
If the case does not match, ie. Jones.qd, Results will not find the
.qd file. This situation would occur if a users login id is changed
and the existing reports were saved under the old login id.
To fix this situation:
1 - rename the .qd file to match the userid.
OR
2 - When doing a GET, choose <<get report from another directory>>
and enter the exact name of the existing .qd file.
