GOAL:
Where is the Progress debugger documented?
FIX:
The old debugger (9.1C and earlier) is documented in the "Progress Debugger Guide" which is a part of the "Progress Development Tools" collection.
The new debugger (9.1D and later) is currently self documenting via its online help utility. The new "Progress Debugger Guide" is expected to be released with Progress Release 10.x.
