ERwin fails to load the Dynamics 2.1A ERwin Data Model file
Trying to open %Dynamics_install_dir%\src\icf\db\icf\doc\icfdb.er1 with ERwin
Input file: icfdb.ER1 with file version: 251 is not readable by Computer Associates ERwin. A ForwardCompat.txt file with a version number greater than or equal to the model file version number is required to read this file.
CAUSE:
Used old ERwin version.
FIX:
For Dynamics V2.1, the minimum supported version of ERwin is
ERwin 4.1 SP2 build 4.1.2771.
