FIX:
The No Lock (-NL) parameter doesn't apply when using the MERANT ODBC Progress driver. There is no possibility to set this parameter in the ODBC configuration.
However, setting the Transaction Isolation Level to READ UNCOMMITTED provides equivalent functionality.
With the MERANT 3.60 32-bit Progress SQL-92 driver for 9.1D this can be set under:
Configure > Advanced > Default Isolation Level
