FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
Progress 9.1D service pack installation won't overwrite previous service pack backup files.
A backup already exists in this directory. Choose another location.
An earlier 9.1D service pack was applied to the existing 9.1D installation.
CAUSE:
This is a known issue being investigated by Development.
FIX:
To work around the problem, use one of the following methods below:
1) Use a new backup directory each time you apply a 9.1D service pack.
2) Archive the initial 9.1D service pack backup folder/files.
Delete the initial 9.1D service pack backup folder/files.
Allow the newer 9.1D service pack backup operation to recreate the service pack backup folder.
