Connection rejected (4289) error with some user profile when connecting from a client to AS/400
Connection rejected. Unable to start server. (4289)
Errors PRO9626 and PRO9035 can be found in the AS/400 PROTCPBRK joblog
PRO9626 "Could not register this job....."
PRO9035 "This server is ending because c/s communications could not be established"
The security level of the machine is 40.
The user profile used to connect from a client to AS/400 does not see Progress TEMP library (PROTEMP by default).
CAUSE:
The user profile does not have the authority to PROTEMP library.
FIX:
Apply the appropriate write authority to PUBLIC for the PROTEMP library.
