'Add Components' tool reports 'msvcr70.dll' is in use
Only the 'Add Components' tool is running, everything else has been shut down
CAUSE:
The setup tool itself is keeping the msvcr70.dll in use.
FIX:
This is fixed for OpenEdge 10.0A fcs release.
Note that the Add Components tool actually serves no purpose for the Beta version.
It is used to install the optional components such as multiple languages for the various products (database, appserver, development tools), at a later time than the actual products were installed. However since the Beta release only allows a Complete Installation, all these components will be installed by default.
To install additional products, the installation tool from the CD should be used.
