SYMPTOM(s):
Report Builder can preview monochrome bitmaps.
Report Builder does not print an image correctly in the report
Image is printed as black bars and lines.
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing.
FIX:
In the progress.ini file or in the Windows registry(HKEY_CURRENT_USER > SOFTWARE > PSC > 9.x), under the ReportBuilderDefaults section change the string IMAGEQUALITY so that the value is 1.
Another option is to save the image as 16 color bitmap.
