SYMPTOM(s):
Open client program does not complete
Program is ran from an html file.
Open Client program will run from Aia using the Procedure Editor.
"AIA https is not licensed in this configuration message" appears in the aia.log.
Aia secure is not installed on the system.
CAUSE:
Tomcat 4.0 configuration file shows the default http port 8180 (non SSL) is being redirected to port 8543 (SSL)
FIX:
Change the redirection port to a non SSL port and restart the webserver.
