CAUSE:
Bug# 20010820-046.
CAUSE:
dbanalys is comprised of idxanalys, tabanalys and chanalys, but on further testing it was clear that the problem was with idxanalys alone. The bug report indicates that there was an issue with ixanalys running against "certain kinds of df" (the exact cause is described no more exactly than that in the bug report). The error behaviour was observed with 9.1C until 9.1C18. The bug fix introduced into patch 18 was for the bug mentioned above. Tests with 9.1C17 still produced the behaviour, so although it isn't clear exactly what the problem is here that was causing idxanalys to fail, the fix is confirmed.
FIX:
Upgrade to 9.1D.
