Is it possible to set the PROWORD environment variable by using progress.ini?

FIX:
There is nowhere in the documentation
any word that setting PROWORD environment variable by using progress.ini
would be possible.
Also reports exist for tries to do that which failed. Therefor the
only conclusion is that it is not possible to set PROWORD environment variable by using progress.ini.
