Running the proutil idxbuild utility.
Selecting to rebuild "some" indices.
Entering an exclamation point "!" for the table name or for the index name after typing "some-table-name" for the table name for the index to be rebuilt.
The idxbuild utility first displays the 1644 error indicating that it was completed without an error.
Idxbuild then fails with error# 1075.
Index rebuild complete. <number> error(s) encountered. (1644)

Semaphore id was removed (1075)
Semaphore id -1 was removed (1075)
The Server has disconnected (723)
Progress generates error# 651 when trying to access the database after the idxbuild execution.
