Using the utilities in the <DLC install directory>\bin\83dbutils fails.
The DLC Environment variable is not set correctly
CAUSE:
The README file refers to the following erronous instructions: SET DLC=<DLC install dir>\bin\83dbutils.
FIX:
The DLC environment variable should point to <DLC install dir>. <DLC install dir>\bin\83dbutils should be added to the PATH environment variable.
