CHANGE:
Migrated from Progress 9.1C to Progress 9.1D
CAUSE:
The 'Selectable' option was accidentally turned on for the button. When this option is enabled the button can be clicked but any CHOOSE trigger will not execute.
FIX:
Turn off the 'Selectable' option
