Connecting as sysprogress user.
Any other userid can connect to the database.
User does not want to enable database security.
Database has been created in Progress 9.

CAUSE:
Since the database has no security defined, any user will be accepted to log into the database, except sysprogress.
FIX:
Sysprogress is an internal SQL-92 DBA and must be enabled via the Data Administration tool.
Another SQL-92 DBA is the UserID that was used when the database was created.
