SYMPTOM(s):
Error: The file: <zip file entry> which is needed to generate proxies cannot be extracted from: <zip filename>. (7277)
Trying to generate a .dll Proxy with ProxyGen
CAUSE:
This error message is caused by ProxyGen not being able to overwrite an existing copy of the proxy dll on disk. The possible reasons for the error are as follows:
- The DLL is marked as read-only.
FIX:
Change the read-only file attribute and then restart the generation process.
