CAUSE:
Bug# 20031125-035
CAUSE:
Empty strings aren't handled properly during certain specific stream operations when utf-8 codepage is used, leading to a memory violation.
The AppBuilder printing routine is one scenario where this occurs.
FIX:
This is fixed in OpenEdge 10.0A FCS
