SYMPTOM(s):
Error 4106 starting Debugger when using ini-file
Unable to startup PROGRESS Debugger. (4106)
Debugger starts Ok if Progress starts from Progress Desktop menu in Windows
CAUSE:
The [Java] section in the INI file used by the session is missing.
FIX:
Copy the [Java] section from %DLC%\bin\progress.ini file.
