SYMPTOM(s):
Error 7313 with SBO OpenQuery call on Stateless AppServer
The SBO is running on a stateless AppServer partition
In InitializeObject SBO procedure is a OpenQuery call. This doesn't get.
A browse "data" linked with the SBO remains empty after OpenQuery call inside the SBO InitializeObject.
Even if later call again OpenQuery from outside of the SBO InitializeObject it doesn't get any records.
In the AppServer log-file appears error 7313:
Cannot run GET methods on query until it is opened. (7313)

FIX:
Don?t call SDO OpenQuery function in the SBO InitializeObject procedure.
