Error 2624 with AS/400 record locks
<file-name> in use by <user> on <tty>. Wait or choose CANCEL to stop. (2624)
There are no users locking any records in the AS/400 database and the application uses Progress locking with a PROLKT file.
CAUSE:
The AS/400 has crashed corrupting the PROLKT file.
FIX:
Deleting and Re-creating the PROLKT file with CRTPROLKT resolved the issue.
