SYMPTOM(s):
Trying to obtain system time using SQL-92.
SYSTIME() returns same value with subsequent queries.
First time the system time is queried it returns the correct timestamp.
The same timestamp is returned after every subsequent query.
CAUSE:
Bug# 20030107-044
FIX:
Upgrade to 9.1D05 or later.
