SYMPTOM(s):
SYSTEM ERROR: unable to read block <number> which does not exist (210).
SYSTEM ERROR: wrong dbkey in block. Found <dbkey1>, should be <dbkey2> (1124)
SYSTEM ERROR: I/O error <n> in <readit>, ret <n> file <n>, addr <n>. (290)
More than on database located in the same File System have errors in the database log file
CAUSE:
Disk Failure
FIX:
- Shutdown the databases;
- Fix the disk errors using a OS utility like fsck
- Restore the backup
- Start the database and check if the errors persist. If it does use try a indexfix or a dbrpr (See P4190, Using dbrpr to solve error 1124 for details)
