Cannot Add When No TV Nodes Displayed
When there are no TV nodes displayed there is no add functionality availability; the folder window is empty and there is no right-click functionality
CAUSE:
Create a text node at the top of the treeview - with at least this node the add functionality is available even when no child nodes attached
