Kbase 16034: AS/400 crashes when connecting client using LFP

SUMMARY:
AS/400 machines with V3R1 operating system may need the PTF MF11367
supplied by IBM if Lan Fast Path networking is required.
If this PTF is not present the AS/400 might hang completely (and will
need to be rebooted) when trying to connect a client using LFP.
To know if this PTF is applied you may run the command:
DSPPTF LICPGM(5763999)
And look if MF11367 is on the list and it is applied.
