CAUSE:
This is a known issue with hidden share names -- Example:
Server startup parameters:
-pf \\pcrwe2\Test$\wrk\progress\V91d\App-pfs\app-test.pf
Here, the share name is Test$
FIX:
Avoid using hidden share names for the Server startup parameters.
