FACT(s) (Environment):
Fathom for Management 2.1A
Progress 9.1D
CAUSE:
The container state monitor was correctly detecting that a remote container came back on-line, but the container resource management was not validating the state of the remote container correctly.
FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge Management 3.0A or above where this issue has been fixed.
1) stop the remote AdminServer
2) delete "Fathom1.<hostname>.cache" directory from Progress working directory on remotely monitored machine
3) start the remote AdminServer
