SYMPTOM(s):
Save Not Enabled When Image Changes in Toolbar Designer
In the Toolbar and Menu Designer when changing from Image1 to PicClip1 or
vice versa the Save button is not enabled.

FIX:
Workaround is to add a space at the end of the fill-in (modify the field) or to add a setdatamodified in the eg. value-changed trigger for m_PicClip_1 which will enable the button
