MS Windows Install: Cannot create icons and groups

Even though this error occurs, all Progress files have been
successfully installed. This error occurs when the install program
cannot create the groups and icons automatically. Instead of
reinstalling, the customer can make the icons manually from within
windows. With the exception of one item, the Progress executable
icon, there is a .pif file for each.

From within each new icon's properties, include in the command line
the path and the .pif filename for each different item.
Do this for each .pif file in the dlc and the dlc/probin directories.
This will give you an icon for each of the .pif's.

The exception is the Progress executable Icon. Set the Command Line
in the properties of the new icon to _prowin.exe. Here is also where
any startup parameters are added, be it a -pf, or all on the same line
