According to our consulting team Progress does not have any turnkey scripts to interact with MC/Service Guard. We do have Progress Fathom (DB Monitoring) for similar environments. Please contact your sales representative for further information.
As part of a charge service, our Consulting Team could do an assessment of what is necessary and review what is being attempted. Please have a Technical Support Engineer involve our Consulting Team to assess the individual situation.
