Source code was recompiled under the new 9.1D version.
CHANGE:
Migrated application from 9.1C to 9.1D.
CAUSE:
Some .r files from the old version located in the (development) directory were being run instead of the intended .r in the object (production) directory.
FIX:
Delete all old versions .r from the PROPATH and recompile all the application components under the new version.
