SYMPTOM(s):
Can't spawn SQL server
SQL server slots are exceeded
CAUSE:
The problem is with system resources.
The kernel settings for file descriptors may need to be increased.
FIX:
Increased the kernel parameters for file descriptors from 256 to 1024.
You may also need to adjust the nfile and nofile kernel parameters.
