How to define a menu bar

FIX:
In the AppBuilder window ensure that the widget listed in the Object field is your window and not the default frame that is inside the window. This can be done by using the mouse to draw a rectangle in an empty area of the frame.
Once the window is selected click the Object Properties icon in the AppBuilder tool bar to bring up the Property Sheet dialog for the window. There will be a column of icons on the right side of the dialog. Click the one that has a picture of a menu bar.
