What limitations exist when using the Personal Database that comes with a WebSpeed Transaction Server license?
FIX:
Personal Database is the default database engine that comes with the WebSpeed Transaction Server license. The limitations of using the Personal Database instead of using another database license, such as Workgroup DB or Enterprise DB, are these:
A) Personal Database is a stand-alone product, which means no external (remote) connections can be made to the database.
B) The maximum connections that a Personal Database allows is 5.
This means that if you're using a Personal Database and have 5 or more licensed agents/user count, then no more than 5 users (agents) will be able to connect to the database. Thus, the connection to the database will be limited to support 5 users at a given time.
