Polling is not happening as scheduled for Appserver and Webspeed brokers.
Appserver and Webspeed resources appear with a Not Checked status in Fathom.
Polling is taking place as scheduled for the NameServer.

BUG# 20031210-014
CAUSE:
This is a known issue - problem occurs when Progress\Fathom is installed with English settings\code page while the desktop is set to another setting, such as French, German ...
FIX:
Upgrade to Progress 9.1D08 or later 9.1D release.
As an immediate workaround, set English as a default system locale and restart your AdminServer.
