FACT(s) (Environment):
prowin32.exe/_progres ABL/4GL client connecting -H, -S, -N to _probrkr process
_probrkr resides on different machine than progress client
_probrkr started on server side
ODBC DSN configured only the client side
MS SQL DataServer
Progress 9.1x

CAUSE:
When using the broker configuration where the progress client and broker are on separate machines, the ODBC DSN is configured on the client side. This is incorrect as the broker actually connects to SQL server database via ODBC DSN
FIX:
Configure a system ODBC DSN on the server side.
