In a treeview, starting from the 2nd level, nodes are always sorted on their label.
Cannot sort SDO nodes as records are populated from SDO
CAUSE:
Bug# 20031118-025 fixed in 2.1A01, introduced another problem 20031205-012 that is now fixed in 2.1A02
FIX:
Apply Service Pack 2 to 2.1A or upgrade to higher
