Schema pull does not pull any schema information
The schema pull finishes but there are no table definitions
Does not remember what information is entered into screens for schema pull
Use windows authentication

CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
At the connecting parameters field for schema pull, leave it blank, only enter DSN name at the screen, repull schema
