If you do not respect the case sensitivity of the control number while
installing Progress products, you may have the following message:
The installation utility has detected that you have entered
duplicate product information. The folowing product
configuration data will not be accepted
SOLUTION: Respect the case sensitivity of the characters within the
control number.
