SYMPTOM(s):
Could not load DLL procedure <procedure>. (3258)
Could not load DLL procedure <REQST32.DLL>. (3258)
CAUSE:
Actuate End User Desktop 2.010b was shipped without the REQST32.DLL
which is required to use the API and run reports from a
4GL application.
FIX:
Until this is corrected, customers can use the DLL from their
Actuate Developer Workbench installation.
Install it in the C:\WINNT\system32 directory
