SYMPTOM(s):
A developer created super procedure runs twice on the start of the application.
First time it runs fine but the second time fails.
CAUSE:
The supper procedure was erroneously attached to both the window and the toolbar.
FIX:
Attach the super procedure only to the its object. In this case the toolbar.
