FACT(s) (Environment):

CAUSE:
This error indicates that the DLL being registered by the regsvr32.exe needs some additional
components , in the case of the Proxy created for the Activex , the OpenClient jar files need
to be found in the CLASSPATH.
FIX:
Please make sure all the OpenClient jar files needed are included in the CLASSPATH
(e...g... o4glrt.jar, progress.jar) , so the registration of the DLL succeed
