FACT(s) (Environment):
The error occurred while clicking the test button at the end of the report creation step in the workshop report wizard
WebSpeed Transaction Server is on a different machine
The AppBuilder is run on local development mode
Windows NT 32 Intel/Windows 2000

CAUSE:
This is a remote development environment. The report was created in a local mode setting in the AppBuilder. Since the WebSpeed Transaction Server reside on a different machine, the WebSpeed agent was unable find the file on the remote transaction server.
FIX:
Use the remote mode setting in the AppBuilder.
