Installation files were moved to the new server but no installation was done.
CAUSE:
During the tailoring phase of the installation we create all the scripts used within the program.
These scripts point to locations that have been designated during the installation process. If the new server is not an exact replica of the old server the location of several essential modules, such as JDK/JRE, could be incorrect.
FIX:
Install Progress from the media onto the new server.
