FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
The WebClient Initializer is not able to work with System Environment variables.
It's not possible to put e.g. -T %TEMP% in your application startup parameters, because the WebClient Initializer can't handle the reference to system environment variables.
FIX:
This feature is not in the product at present time
