Kbase 16003: WebSpeed 1.0 - Transaction Broker Not Spawning Clients

SUMMARY:
No Agents are starting up with WebSpeed Transaction Server
installed on NT 3.51.
EXPLANATION:
When the broker WTB <location of wtb.cnf> is started up and
connects to a UNIX server through TCP/IP, a blank DOS window
with no text will appear. This is normal.
Now run WTBMAN PORT STATUS and you may see that no clients
or agents are started, and/or the browser receives the
message:
"All WebSpeed agents are busy servicing other requests"
SOLUTION:
Check your Agent connection parameters. The errors are
caused by a failed connection to the UNIX server.
Make sure all your connections parameters are correct in
the AgentParams line of the WTB.cnf. Verify the service
name in the services file is the same as on the UNIX side.
