Support DB Aliasing in Dynamics
In development customer uses a different database for each module in the
application. This enables them to modify databases with a lot of
flexibility. In a production environment they want to join these
databases into one. This make db-management much easier and especially
the backup/restore of the application database. For this they need
support for database aliasses. There currently no support for this.
They suggest an extra property for a database service in the
icfconfig.xml that can contain the db-alias names for the database. The
db-connection manager can retrieve this property and create the aliasses
for the connected database.
