SYMPTOM(s):
Text displayed visually on top of a browse disappears
CAUSE:
Once focus goes to the browse the browse must become the active widget in the frame and this is causing it to overlay any text that is displayed within its borders
FIX:
Place the text that should be displayed on top of the browse in its own frame and specify the TOP-ONLY attribute for the frame.
