** Cannot find or open file <file-name>, errno = 2. (43)
CHANGE:
Moved Roundtable databases to a new location
CAUSE:
Roundtable does not know where to find the databases
FIX:
Change the connection parameters for each PDBASE object that has moved. The logical DB name will always be the name of the PDBASE itself.
